A polymath of sorts, Gregoria has worked in the planning, transport and property development industries for over 20 years providing strategic, commercial and innovative solutions on multi-billion dollar projects. Her creative ‘think outside the box’ approaches and innovative solutions are inspired by her creativity.
Gregoria has worked on a wide range of planning, transport, heritage and environmental projects in both the public and private sectors. Professionally trained in law, with a double masters in planning and environment, she is passionate about urban and regional planning and is committed to achieving integrated planning and environmental solutions and commercially effective outcomes for her clients.
Gregoria has significant experience in devising planning and environmental strategies on large projects in the property development industry, and has extensive experience managing stakeholders and the community across sectors.
