Integrated Planning Solutions celebrated its first birthday on 19 February at Melbourne’s Bistro Vue.
Attended by an eclectic mix of clients together with some of the property development industry’s most revered technical professionals from both the public and private sectors; the venue played host to many conversations reminiscing about the year that was and conversations that pondered prospects for the year ahead.
Over the past year, Integrated Planning Solutions has grown from strength to strength establishing itself as a premier boutique planning and property related building development industry consulting firm.
Boasting a 100% success rate on planning approval applications to date, Integrated Planning Solutions continues to achieve new and innovative ways of finding commercial development solutions for clients. In addressing her guests, Integrated Planning Solution’s Director, Gregoria Todaro thanked everyone for their support and for providing her with the professional opportunity to do what she loves – finding integrated planning solutions.
Drawing an analogy with cycling, Ms Todaro said “Starting a business and trying to achieve successful outcomes for clients, like with many things in life has its challenges – it’s a bit like learning to ride a bike… in order to keep your balance you must keep moving.”
“Like with anything in life, it’s about what you make of opportunities and taking inspiration from the people you meet along the way.”
She went on to say... “In the early stages of learning to ride my bike, as with the early stages of my professional career, I was extremely fortunate enough to meet some rather extraordinary people who inspired me”. Acknowledging Kathy Mitchell and Peter Seamer, who were present in the room, amongst a number of people who had inspired her professional development to date, Ms Todaro urged those present to “ …be inspired by the possibilities that present themselves and believe that anything is possible if you put in the hard work, believe in yourself and the ideas you bring to the table.”
Given her passion for urban planning and the environment, Gregoria will no doubt continue to challenge herself and the industry by presenting innovative integrated planning solutions.
